Dr. Aliiah Jourdain, also known as Dr. J, was born in Los Angeles, CA and spent most of her formative years in the Atlanta, GA metro area. She received her B.A. in Chemistry from the University of West Georgia and went on to complete her medical doctorate at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Duke University Medical Center and is currently a board certified EM physician.

Walter Cross

Walt Cross is based in the Smoky Mountains of Eastern Tennessee where he both serves his local community and travels throughout the United States and abroad teaching lifestyle education.

Walt’s formal education was in conventional health care administration and for a large portion of his career he worked in that field. In 2000, he accepted an offer to work as the director of an International Lifestyle Center where the method of addressing health concerns took a much more proactive approach in identifying and addressing root causes. Walt has found this proactive approach in addressing health concerns to be much more effective way in addressing chronic diseases. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in original medicine.

In addition to his work in the US, Walt is currently working with the Rwandan government and the World Health Organization in developing Plant Based protocols to reduce non-communicable diseases in that country.

Cris Dutra

Cris Dutra set off on an adventure when she moved from Brazil, her homeland, to the United States in 1994. Through a set of unlikely events, she discovered a passion for ministering to the spiritual and physical needs of her new community. She now works full time helping people find spiritual meaning and inspiration in the Raleigh, NC area.

In 2014, Cris faced a personal health crisis  that led her to search for relief from a potentially debilitating disease. She was not content to take medications with terrible side effects for the rest of her life. Through that experience she discovered disease control through simple lifestyle habit changes. Her love for people, charisma, and natural gift for communication led her to dedicate a decade of her life teaching plant-based cooking classes and simple natural therapies.

Cris has tested  an approach to health that works, and loves sharing her testimony with others who are also looking for a transformation of body and soul.
