INTERMITENT FASTING

When and how often we eat matters! 2 meals (and no snacks) spread by at least 5 hours within an 8 hour eating window can be very beneficial for some. It can also be dangerous for others (i.e. diabetics, pregnant women, children, people on certain medications, highly physically active individuals)

FOOD COMBINING

Avoid mixing sweet fruits & vegetables at the same mealAvoid eating too many different types of food at the same meal.

Drinking and eating at the same time can lead to diluted stomach acids and negatively impact digestion. Consider drinking at least 30 minutes before or 1 hour after eating. Simplicity is best!
