Evelyn's Favorite Pasta is made with Penne (gluten free option available) tossed with Broccoli, Oven-Dried Tomato, Zucchini, Roasted Eggplant, Peppers, Artichoke, Kalamata Olives, Onion, Garlic and Pine Nuts (ask for no parmesan or butter, and the gluten free pasta option may have egg in it).
Multiple salads can be made vegan. The Vegan Cobb salad is made with Lettuce, Grilled Asparagus, Green Beans, Roasted Beets, Avocado, Cucumber, Tomato, Garbanzo Beans, Quinoa, Farro, Almonds and Sunflower Seeds with House Vinaigrette (ask for no vinaigrette if avoiding vinegar and no farro if avoiding gluten).
The Thin Crust is vegan (the Gluten-Free crust contains honey). Topped with the Original Pizza Sauce and veggies.
Noodles & Company
Japanese Pan Noodles is made with udon noodles in a sweet soy sauce, broccoli, carrots, black sesame seeds and cilantro.
There are multiple other options. Ask for their vegan menu.
Build Your Own Burger. The veggie patty is vegan. Choose brioche or whole-wheat bun, and +/- grilled onions, sliced jalapeños, fresh avocado, sautéed mushrooms.
Impossible burger, black bean burger or marinated portabella muchroom on gluten-free bun.
